The view is lovely, but the facilities are worn down and the management office is poor. Visitor overnight parking is hard to arrange, and their app is useless because only the management office can approve visitors during office hours. On weekends, you’re liable to get clamped. The pool was closed for two months, the gym isn’t maintained well, and the badminton court is tightly controlled but in bad shape. The squash court and sauna have been out of order every time I’ve checked during my year here. Season parking is a headache too. You have to pay three months in advance, then park at your own risk of scratches or missing belongings. There are oil spills and lots of abandoned cars left to rot. Maybe management is waiting for one to explode before doing anything. There are plenty of noisy neighbours, especially people playing loud music and that irritating bell every day, like an ice cream truck having a fire sale.

I live in Block C, and the elevators are in terrible shape. Last night I had to climb from B2 all the way to Floor 25 😡😡😡. This problem has been going on for ages without a fix. Anyone thinking of buying or living here should think twice 😡😡.

When it launched, this was the cheapest high-rise property per square foot in JB, and the build quality shows it. It could work as a second or third investment unit, but I’d look for a better-quality condo for my own home.

My cousin bought a pre-owned unit on the 7th floor. The original owner had never moved in after getting the keys, and the unit happened to be on the same floor as his parking lot. He spent thousands renovating it into a comfortable home for himself and his soon-to-be wife. Two years after he moved in, the external wastewater plumbing along the building got blocked. Smelly water and heaps of rubbish spilled just outside his unit. He repeatedly asked management to clean it up, but the overflow kept happening. He even paid to clear the blockage himself, which only seemed to give management another reason to say they couldn’t do much. Visitor parking is very hard to find. Once, while my cousin was out of town, his brother stayed over and parked in my cousin’s own parking spot. The car was clamped by morning, even though the owner hadn’t reported any illegal parking to management. Their parking enforcement is really muddled.
