I’ve stayed here many times and would recommend it to friends and family. The staff are very welcoming, and the comfort is good for the price. Thank you, Mr Husein 🙏

The location is handy, close to restaurants, laundry and grocery stores. The hotel is still being renovated, though. My first room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the front desk staff changed it right away and were friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness was satisfactory; the toilet could be cleaner. It’s a budget hotel, so keep expectations modest. There was no TV, and I’m not sure whether one will be installed. For the price, it was satisfactory, with room to improve.

I was told that from February 1, 2025, the hotel will stop taking daily guests and serve monthly tenants only. I hope Hotel Management will reconsider, since this place could become a top choice for daily guests like me. It’s recently been rebranded as Swing & Pillow. I stayed for a week and had a truly pleasant time. I quickly got to know the Front Desk Manager, Uncle Hussein, and housekeeping staff member Rahman. From what I saw, both were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly to guests. Thank you.

A nice, clean-smelling hotel, and the staff take good care of the cleanliness. It has all the amenities for business travellers, though there’s no swimming pool.

For a budget hotel, this place is really nice. The room was clean, with spotless white sheets and towels, and the amenities were fairly complete. I’ll definitely come back.
