Affordable price and a good location, but the room is old. Cleanliness was 3/5. No lift, and it's on the second floor.

After two hours, nothing had been sorted out, and the stay was extremely inconvenient. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel. I booked two nights through Agoda and arrived around 9:30 PM. Room 217 had a flooded floor, so they moved me to Room 220, where the air conditioning didn't work properly and I had to rely on the ceiling fan. I waited about 20 minutes at the front desk because the staff had gone to dinner and nobody was covering. When I raised the problems again, I was told there were no other rooms and that many rooms had similar flooding issues. That sounds like an ongoing maintenance problem. The service and conditions were unacceptable for a paid stay.

It felt as hot as sitting in an oven, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Customer service was bad.

Kind of interesting, but there's no TV, nowhere to hang clothes, and the shower feels a bit stuffy.

The receptionist's service was the best! Ripon.
