I couldn't find a basement parking space during my visit last weekend, so I drove around the ground floor. A security guard let me stop at the side briefly to collect takeaway, but just as I was getting out, a short, bald man in a blue shirt yelled at me not to park there and came over with a wheel clamp. I explained it would only take five minutes, but he kept shouting and reacting aggressively over such a small issue. I didn't expect that. Does he have some kind of problem? He needs to learn some manners. Good luck to the businesses here. With parking like this, shops will definitely have to close.

The parking setup here is awful. There are no clear signs or directions, and the basement and ground floor were both packed. We ended up stopping by the side near Coffee Bean to pick up an order, and my car was clamped almost immediately. A short, bald man who seemed to be in charge shouted at us about parking there. We said we were only getting takeaway, but he rudely walked away. Another woman on staff removed the clamp after I paid her. The person in charge had no manners at all.

At 9:30 in the morning, the parking was already so full that I had to rush out to get breakfast takeaway. I had the same problem on my visit the week before. Worse, there was a short man, presumably parking staff, giving people death stares.

Parking is extremely bad, always so full, even in the morning. The staff are rude, and they don't monitor the lot or let residents and staff park properly.
