The bed was broken and still unrepaired, the cover smelled bad enough that I had to put a towel over it, and nobody gave me the Wi-Fi password. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled bad and wasn’t cold; the kettle was unclean too. There was dust everywhere, a sticky, unwiped floor, and an air conditioner that barely cooled. When I arrived, no one answered my call to the person in charge, so I had to find the key myself. If you’re running a homestay or roomstay, basic cleanliness and hygiene need to be maintained 😓😓😓

A family could stay here, though there’s no washing machine. It has two air conditioners, a fridge, iron and TV, plus a clean restroom. The place is nice, close to the main road, and weekdays have a promotion, so it’s very affordable.

The surroundings felt cozy and pleasant, and the utensils were clean. There are three queen size beds, with lots of space.

For what you pay, it’s quite nice. Even though it’s just a room, you also get an air conditioned living hall, plus a separate toilet and bathroom with a water heater.
