They canceled all six of our rooms on the spot, one day before we were due to arrive, saying that all six rooms were broken. That makes no sense. This was a bad experience in Kota Bharu Kelantan, and I strongly wouldn't recommend this budget hotel since they can cancel your booking without a week's notice or offer a replacement room.

A nice room for a basic stay. Some rooms don't have windows. The room had two empty cups, towels, soap, shampoo, a water heater, air conditioning, a TV, plugs under the TV desk that you have to pull the chair out to find, a wardrobe, and a kettle. The hotel keeps an iron in the common area near the lift. There’s free parking behind the building, WiFi, a musalla (Muslim prayer room), and meeting rooms.

We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff made it simple and easy by being so friendly. The rooms were clean and suited our family. For a very affordable, low-budget price, this is the right choice.

It's a budget hotel in the center of the KB business district, close to Pasar Siti Khadijah and Bazar Buluh Kubu. A few nights here would work if you're coming to shop. The rooms are bare and have basic facilities. They don't provide bottled water or a jug kettle, and there's no wardrobe or luggage rack, just a coat hanger.
