The sahur at Hilton was surprisingly accessible and reasonably priced, even with the hotel brand's more than 100-year global hospitality legacy. The iftar spread is also a great option for families and food lovers during Ramadan. It brings together Sabahan dishes and Malaysian favorites, including slow-roasted kambing golek with tender, flavorful meat, Sabah-style satay with aromatic marinades and expertly grilled texture, and plenty of fresh seafood prepared with care. The dishes feel indulgent while staying rooted in local tradition and Malaysia's food culture. It offers more than a meal, with tradition, flavor, and generosity coming together for a memorable Ramadan dining experience.

The city-center location is convenient, and the hotel feels true to the Hilton standard. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a polished but relaxed feel. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive, which made everything easy. The food was a real highlight, from the generous breakfast to well-prepared options for local and international tastes. Every meal was enjoyable. Worth every ringgit, and I'd happily stay again.

We stayed for four nights. Syaniezal was especially friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. Breakfast had a great selection, and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. It's a great hotel in a location that's near to everywhere. Gaya street is about an eight-minute walk, with Borenos fried chicen right behind the hotel and welcome seafood nearby too!
