We chose this place in Kampung Air after seeing an Agoda promotion that called it newly renovated, and we thought the plentiful parking would be useful. But the room was old and poorly maintained, with a rotten smell. The bathroom was the worst part. I can’t really describe it, except that it made me feel disgusted.

Ms Sylvia at the front counter was especially welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well organized. Thanks for the nice stay, and I hope to return for another holiday soon.

Nice hotel. Sylvia at reception is always greeting us with a smile and is really helpful. I’ll surely come back 😍😍

The location is good, but the price feels high for the low quality. Even after renovation, the room is old and shouldn’t cost this much. I stayed three nights, and the cleaner didn’t clean the room on any of them. I asked, but when I came back at night it was still just as I’d left it. On the first day, I even found skewers on the floor. Why wasn’t it swept?

The hallway machine started making an extreme amount of noise at 4 am. Before that, our room, which was on the same level as reception, was super noisy too. You could hear everything going on until 1-2 am. The room was reasonably clean, but the first animals I met in Borneo were bed bugs at this hotel.
