The location is excellent, just a walk from the hotel to MRT Titiwangsa Gate B. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Obaydullah khan, who was great. The room was satisfactory, though the bed and pillows are too old and need replacing. Everything else was okay. Thanks.

The hotel is close to Titiwangsa MRT, with plenty of eateries and cafeterias nearby. The premises were clean and well kept, and the lift serves every floor. The front desk team at Swing and Pillows (hotel Bergamo) were friendly and easy to approach, especially Mr. Obaydullah Khan. He was especially kind and helpful with reservations, room selection, and check-in.

The receptionist, Obaydallah, was welcoming and helpful the whole time, and his friendly, professional manner made my visit even better. Everything at the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

There are plenty of useful places within 1km, including a convenience store, restaurant, hospital, and Titiwangsa Station with LRT, MRT, and monorail connections. The room was clean and tidy enough for me. You may need to bring your own towel, though the front desk might be able to provide one if you ask.

A company's loyalty comes down to its management and hospitality. I stayed at their hotel last month and was pleased with the friendly staff, the environment, and how things were managed. Thanks to receptionist 'Obayduallah Khan' for being so polite.
