I really liked waking up to a view of Menara 118, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that falling asleep was easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk team were quick and friendly. Breakfast had a great spread too. This was one of my best hotel stays, and I’d come back.

The bathroom needs more attention. The shower ventilation grates were dirty, and the showerhead wouldn’t stay in its holder. It kept falling on my head, just as it had during my first stay. These issues took away from the experience. This was my second visit, and unlike the first, it left me disappointed. I arrived right at check-in time to a quiet lobby, but the staff didn’t acknowledge me. Two employees were helping one group, another was busy with something else, and the rest seemed to be walking around without a clear task. I had to ask if anyone was working, and nobody greeted me or said how long I’d have to wait. Then, at around 10 PM, staff used a very loud vacuum to deep-clean the carpet outside my door. I could hear it clearly in my room, so I went out to ask how much longer it would take.

For drivers, parking isn’t complimentary. Guests can get a flat rate of $18/day, so keep that in mind when budgeting. We had a comfortable stay at Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang. A large, rowdy foreign tour group was crowding the check-in counters and behaving quite disorderly, but the gentleman who checked us in on 10 Feb 2026 ard close to 3pm stayed calm and professional. He even apologized, although we knew the situation wasn’t his fault. We didn’t get his name, but he kindly upgraded us from twin beds to a King bed, which made us feel welcome despite the chaotic lobby. The room was very comfortable, and the gym was well equipped and had towels for guests. The staff handled the pressure with real grace. We had a great experience and would stay again.

The room was cosy, though on the small side, with enough space for 2 small luggages. It could use more shelves for guests’ smaller belongings. I only tried breakfast, and there was plenty to choose from. The classic Nasi Lemak was especially simple and comforting, so I went back for a second portion. The staff were always welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles and nods. The vibe was good, and I enjoyed my stay. I’d return and recommend it to others. Great job by the whole team.
