The pool has a lovely direct view of Merdeka 118, and there was plenty of security around, so we felt safe. Our two-bedroom apartment had a great city view and was set up well for a family trip or longer stay. The kitchen had an oven, fridge and cutlery, plus a water filter that meant we didn’t need to keep buying plastic bottles. There was also a separate laundry area with a washing machine. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Casa Residency is within walking distance of Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and Berjaya Times Square, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The bed was the main downside: the mattress bounced so much that whenever the person next to me moved, the whole bed shook and disturbed my sleep. I also had trouble connecting to the WiFi, though our Hotlink SIM meant it wasn’t a big problem.

Jalan Alor food street is an easy walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and everyday essentials nearby. Casa Residency Condominium Apartment was comfortable for our family, with what we needed close at hand. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We especially liked the infinity pool and its view of Merdeka 118. A 10/10 stay for us.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The pool is huge, warm, and has a good view. There are two saunas, one in the women’s changing room and one in the men’s, plus a big gym. We hadn’t realized how huge the hotel was. There’s lots of security, which made us a bit uneasy at first since we’d been travelling around Asia for three months and hadn’t encountered that before. But there was nothing to worry about, KL is lovely and we felt safe. Murni discovery restaurant is just a few minutes’ walk away and seemed to be the closest restaurant, with a shop next door. The Twin Towers are around a 25-30 minute walk away, and it’s a nice walk.

A good place to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur. The apartment is near Hang Tuang Station, which is an exchange station. Even the standard room had good facilities, and the security staff were really helpful ^^

A really nice choice for a couples’ or family holiday. There’s a pool and gym, and it’s handy for getting around Bukit Bintang, including Pavillion and lalaport. The bus station is nearby too. Would really recommend it.
