Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Right across from KL Sentral, the hotel is in a very convenient spot. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The hotel has ballrooms, parking, a spa, gym, pool and steam room, plus bars and restaurants. I'd stay again.

The room had a lovely city view and was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is directly connected to KL Sentral, which made getting around Kuala Lumpur very convenient. Check-in took a little longer because it was packed with visitors, but the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. I managed to check in an hour later. It was a worthwhile stay, and I'd choose the hotel again and recommend it.

The team made my stay memorable, and I felt valued and at home. At the Executive Lounge, Ms. Halilah, Mr. Rizal, Ms. Nadiah, Kari, and Ms. Sarah gave me a warm welcome and attentive, friendly service. Chef Mr. Chan was friendly too, and his excellent service added to the experience. At arrival, Mr. Omar and Mr Khairul at the Front Desk welcomed me warmly. Mr. Arieff, Mr Dzul, Azhar and Mr Dino from the Concierge team were helpful and professional. Please pass on my thanks to all of them. They're a credit to Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

A special thanks to Mr Omar Syarif at the Front Desk for making check-in so welcoming and smooth after our long journey from Johor Bahru via the ETS. Ms Ferra at Vasco's Restaurant also impressed us: she followed up proactively on the only issue we had, and with her manager made sure it was resolved promptly. Mr Aizad made check-out pleasant, and Mr Dino from Concierge kindly helped us with our large luggages all the way to KL Sentral Station. My family and I stayed at Hilton Kuala Lumpur from 10-13 June 2026 and felt genuine warmth and hospitality throughout. The hotel should be proud of its dedicated staff. As a Hilton Honors member, I'd return without hesitation. Highly recommended!
