Kameleon Travellers Lodge

Getting around with heavy luggage was difficult, since the hotel hadn’t mentioned the climb to the third floor. From the upper floors, the only way down to the ground floor was a small, steep staircase. I also didn’t feel secure in the hotel environment, especially as a woman. There was often nobody at reception, so I had to call and wait for someone to come check me in. That left me feeling unwelcome. The air conditioning was an old model and didn’t work properly. I sometimes called the receptionist to get it fixed, but they weren’t helpful, and when it malfunctioned they blamed me for not using the remote correctly. The staff attitude and facilities were poor. My stay was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
