Kingston Hotel 4 @ Hulo Bukit Bintang

Our guest ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The receptionist couldn’t resolve the problem when our guest arrived around 11:00 PM on 6 February 2026, so we checked with Agoda and confirmed that its booking confirmation was correct. We had booked on 3 February 2026 for one guest in a Deluxe Queen Room, from 6 February 2026 to 7 February 2026. But the hotel system showed the booking ending on 6 February and listed two guests in a Standard Triple Room, and the receptionist directed us to contact Agoda. We hope the matter will be reviewed.

Getting decent sleep here felt like a gamble without earplugs and an eye mask. The rooms don't block much sound: people could be heard walking around and making noise even between 3am and 5am, and motorbikes raced along the street. The heater also switched itself off after a while, and the aircon temperature LED was so bright that it couldn't be turned off. Check-in was harder when booking through Agoda or partner sites. The location is kind of okay, with plenty to do nearby, and I suppose you get what you pay for. A lot of the positive reviews seemed fake to me. I wouldn't stay here again. 🤦

Rayhan at reception made a real difference to my stay. He was welcoming, attentive, and kind, and helped with check-in, recommendations, and anything else I needed. His professionalism and warm smile made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, and the whole stay felt comfortable and well managed from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with caring service. I'd definitely come back and hope Rayhan is there to welcome me again.

Kingston Hostel 4 Txr felt safe and peaceful, and it was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The rooms were neat, the management was friendly and ready to help, and shops and transport were easy to reach. A good choice for students or working adults. Highly recommended!
