KLCC Chinatown Deluxe 2 Pax Suite

I stayed for about three days, and the place was clean, well air-conditioned and had all the toiletries I needed. It's in China Town, close to the centre. The morning male receptionist was especially helpful and provided excellent service. He even helped speed up my laundry.

The hotel is right in the middle of town, with the street market just outside. My room was clean and the linen was good quality. It's a basic place, with no kids, no meals and not even a kettle in the room, but the staff were very helpful.

The area is what kept this place going for me. I've stayed nearby a few times and like the location, and I got a good Agoda deal. This was my first time at this hotel. I was given a room without a window. The towels and pillowcase were stained, there were no toiletries, and the shampoo/body wash was so bad that I went out to buy my own toiletries and soap. The room itself was simple, and the staff weren't very friendly. Their English was limited. After I raised the room and noisy neighbours with an elderly man who seemed to be the boss, he was very nice and offered to help where he could. He let me change rooms straight away. I'd avoid a room with a window, though, as it faces the night market and daytime construction, so it's noisy all day. There is a lift in the hotel.

Both the hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained. It's right in the heart of KL Chinatown.
