We chose this 3 star hotel for its location, but the management needs to improve. There was no staff available between the night shift ending and the day shift starting at 12pm. That's ridiculous, with nobody there until noon. The room was badly maintained, and there was a used sanitary pad inside the toilet roll holder.

At rm63 a night, this felt expensive compared with other OYO hotels. The room was dirty and untidy, the door was hard to open, and the washroom had no lock. The aircond remote had no battery, so I couldn't change the temperature. The staff weren't friendly either. I don't recommend staying here.

The toilet was okay, but there were problems everywhere else. The air-conditioner was bad and the room wasn't clean enough. Only one TV channel came in clearly, the window locks were broken, and the floor tiles were uneven. A light bulb was out and the WiFi didn't work.

It's cheap, but the place is run down. The room wasn't very clean, with cigarette butts and some wrappings lying around. The shower and toilet were the only clean facilities. There's a great mamak outlet downstairs.

The location was good, but the rest was poor. The aircond wasn't working well and the toilet door was broken. There were tissues by the door. Noise from the main road in front of the hotel made it too loud to sleep.
