It’s a good spot for a one-night stay, but quite loud. You can hear the trains from inside, and there was also some kind of rumbling noise in the ceiling. I’m not sure what that was.

The convenient location is the only positive. It’s close to the transport hub and makes getting around the city easy. The hotel itself is very old and poorly maintained, and I saw cockroaches in the room, which was unpleasant. Service was poor and staff weren’t helpful. It was noisy too, with the metro running right outside the window, so sleeping was hard. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rajesh from security, Miss Daisy Rani, the Operations Manager, and Johan, the Manager, helped everything go smoothly. The front office team, Amir, Wani, Wafly, Billy, and Rean, were friendly and ready to help too. My husband and I had a great stay, with warm hospitality from everyone. We'd gladly come back.
