The breakfast was the best I've had in Malaysia so far, and the frozen yogurt station was amazing. My stay was great too, with excellent service and very clean rooms and public areas. Mr. Adam deserves a special mention for helping us at checkout in the 4th-floor lounge. I also left my hat by accident at the 2nd-floor bar, and the bartender was attentive and quickly got it back to me. A small gesture, but it showed that the team cares about guests.

Traveling with young children made Haziq's help especially welcome. Even on a busy day, he escorted us to Level 10 for our welcome drinks and took care of our luggage, making check-in and checkout easy. He was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout, and deserves recognition as a real asset to the hotel. The location made getting to shopping malls and Conlay MRT station convenient, and I'd happily return. I had a great three-day event stay. My room had what I needed, including an iron and coffee maker. The meeting facilities were comfortable, and the coffee breaks had lots of excellent, delicious options.

We had a family dinner at Sedap Restaurant, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Arif, Asyraf, Reza, and Hari were warm, attentive, and professional, making it a memorable meal. The food was delicious, premium in quality, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed every dish, and the experience was well worth it. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back.

The only comfort issue was the pillow, which felt a bit too hard and left me with neck trouble the next morning. Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious enough to pray in. While we were queuing, Grace, if I remember right, politely invited us to check in at the Club Lounge, and the check-in was quick and polite. The gym is well equipped, the pool was clean, and breakfast had a great range. Banyan is right beside Pullman, so walking to Pavilion mall is easy.
