Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

They gave me a room at 10am, even though normal check-in is 3pm, and didn't charge extra. Gee at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are quiet, the AC works well, and the shower is modern. The gym is small but has a decent amount of equipment, and the pool is really nice. Laundry costs a reasonable 4-5 Ringit per piece. The location is a big plus, within a five minute walk of Jalan Alor Market, Pavilion mall, and the Bukit Bintang monorail. For the price, I loved my stay and found it a steal. Nothing to complain about, and it met all the standards of a classy hotel.

I was happy I picked Hotel Royal for my 3D2N stay. It's comfortable and spotlessly clean, though you shouldn't expect luxury. Everything worked properly, including the aircon and water pressure. Kamal from housekeeping deserves praise for keeping my room clean. He's attentive and honest.

The morning buffet was a great start to the day. There was a good selection, with fresh pastries, hot dishes, and well-prepared items at the egg station. The staff cleared plates quickly and replenished food without delays. At Hotel Royal, I was warmly greeted at the entrance, and the service throughout felt professional and welcoming. A very pleasant visit, and I'd highly recommend the breakfast for a relaxing morning.

I asked for a wake-up call yesterday and got it exactly on time as promised. The room was clean and smelled nice, with complete facilities and a stunning view. The hotel's own scent was pleasant too. Its central spot in Kuala Lumpur makes getting around convenient, with public transport easy to reach.
