We cut our four night stay short and booked somewhere else. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, saying cancellations must be made 48 hours ahead, even though you can’t know what the rooms are like before arriving. I found the bathroom clogged with long black hair from previous guests, the room looked uncleaned, and there were cockroaches and fleas. It was horrible. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, but they first tried to give us a cramped, filthy Standard Room. They claimed it was the room we’d booked and that the photos online were only a guide and didn’t necessarily show the actual rooms. We contacted Agoda, and only then did the room we’d booked suddenly become available. They agreed to move us, but after 12 hours of travel and by 9pm, we just took it. It was still awful. The rooms looked nothing like the online photos. I also think the good Google reviews mentioning ‘Sabrina’ are fake: they’re from profiles that have only ever posted one review, for this property. This place is a horrible scam. Avoid it, and don’t believe the five star reviews.
