The balcony and apartment grounds have magnificent views both day and night. You can see the KLCC Towers, KL Tower, the Merdeka Tower KL118 and Batu Caves. With a strong zoom or binoculars, you can even see the Hindu statue. We loved the pools, gym and landscaping on the pool floor, though the pools face the morning sun. Zeta Desky is in a very strategic spot, in an area that isn’t too jam-packed, with residential neighbourhoods, food outlets and shops nearby. We used to live in Selangor before moving away, and would return to KL / Selangor for short breaks during school holidays. The apartment management staff, from the people at the entry gate to the security guards, were kind and friendly. Check-in and checkout were easier and more straightforward than the usual process for booking an apartment or apartment room like this. We enjoyed our stay, and I’m not usually one to complain. These are just suggestions for the room/unit we stayed in. The bathroom door needs replacing, it looked ready to break. There weren’t any desks or tables, just two wooden plank shelves, which was fine. But the long one was slanted, and things like keys, cards and wallets kept sliding off, like being on a ship rocked by waves 😊. The other shelf was sturdy, but it held a kettle, cups and a glass jug of water, so some support underneath, like kekuda (truss), would help. If a shelf gave way, it could put guests at risk. The plug between the beds needs changing too. Thanks, that’s all.

I delivered some items to this condo on 12.02.25. Security were polite and friendly. The condo is in a slum area, and many idiots park along the roadside, making the road damn narrow.

Worst management ever! Paying RM 200 to move in or out is fine, but then we have to wait 30 days for the refund to reach our account. There’s no reason for it to take 30 days when the job can be done within a day!

Horrific, don’t go here! We’d been looking forward to the balcony on the 23rd floor and seeing Kuala Lumpur from up high at Zeta Desky Residence. That excitement ended as soon as we walked into the room. We’d booked for three, but there was just one double bed. They’d given us the wrong key, so we went back down to the entrance to get the right one. That was only a small hassle, and the start of a much worse stay. The correct room smelled of chlorine and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest, maybe even longer. There were stains on the toilet seat, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. The bed had big stains and hair on it, and there was hair and dirt on the floor. The night table and the small lamp were broken. The outlet was broken and taped back to the wall, and the trash hadn’t been taken out. The sheets had no covers, so it seemed like everyone sleeping there would be on the bacteria and viruses left by all the previous guests. We’d apparently booked a room with a balcony, but there wasn’t one. Worst was contacting the owner to report the state of the room and ask to cancel. He just laughed at us. Does he think this is funny? Then he hung up. A couple of minutes later, he texted that we had to leave the key right away because somebody else had already booked the room, without checking the conditions we’d just told him about. Wow, worst customer experience ever. We checked out straight away and found a clean, comfortable hotel closer to the city. I really hope no one else has to go through this.
