OYO 90523 Semeliang Village Resort

There are lots of things for kids to do at Semeliang Village Resort & Agro Farm, Kuala Nerang: see and play with the animals, feed them, swim, hunt for food, have a BBQ or just relax. The staff were really friendly, and it was worth coming with the kids so they could learn something new. Getting there is easy with Google Map or Waze, and there are roadside signboards. Accommodation is limited to several rooms, so bookings are first come, first served. The single mattress wasn't comfortable, but the air-conditioner worked well and the TV had Astro Njoi channels. The toilet was spacious, though the water pressure was so strong it felt like a water pistol 😅. Cleanliness could be better, especially the dust on the Astro decoder rack and the tiles in the toilet.

As a Muslim, cleanliness is half of faith, and the toilet in this room was nowhere near clean. I couldn't believe how long the bowl had gone without cleaning. Sorry if that sounds a bit rude, but for RM120/150, this room and toilet aren't worth the price. This is a room review? You have to be kidding me. For that amount, hire a cleaner instead of making customers put up with this. I'll never come back and don't recommend it.

The place was clean and had no smell. There are all kinds of animals to see, almost like a mini zoo, as well as a swimming pool. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't say what the rooms are like. I came to see the deer and was happy to find they were very tame. Biscuits are their favorite snack 😂, so cute. The owner was friendly too and ready to share the experience with my husband.
