I was in Kuantan for work and found the hotel pleasant, with a spacious, comfortable room to come back to after a long day. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and parking was spacious and free. It’s right in the middle of Kuantan city, close to malls and other conveniences. The only letdown was the Chinese restaurant dinner set, which tasted average and didn’t seem worth the price. It was a decent stay.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The room looked old but was very spacious, with a bathtub and balcony, and my kids loved playing in it. Staff at the entrance, front desk, housekeeping, and cafe were all friendly and nice. The food was delicious, even though there weren’t many choices. They had special dishes that were better than what I’ve had at other 4-5 star hotels. I won’t forget the nasi minyak daging opor, the soup with lots of ingredients, or the teh tarik. Sedap giler!! The rendang kambing tasted superb, like pagi raya. The hotel is in a strategic spot in town with lots of interesting places nearby. I’d consider staying again and hope they maintain these special features regularly.

We were happy with our first stay and would definitely come back. The room was spacious and clean, and we really liked both it and the location. Service was good. We checked in late at 7pm and had dinner at Angelos. The food there was tasty and came in big portions, though prices were a bit high. Maybe the hotel could add a few cheaper options, especially for light eaters.
