I had paid in full through the app, but a payment issue left me sitting in the corridor for hours before check-in. People arriving tired from far away should at least be allowed to settle in while things are sorted out. The room information was misleading too: the apps showed a private bathroom, but it was shared with many people. The pictures on the other apps didn't match reality. Premium in name only, and the way customers were treated felt awful. 👎🏻

After I arrived, they told me the hotel was full, even though I'd already booked and paid. I had to call to ask for a refund. Such a hassle.

We booked through agoda, but the owner kept us waiting almost 40 minutes and didn't open the door, even after we rang the bell. It was really upsetting as a customer. In the end, they said they didn't want to take agoda bookings because there was a lot of fraud there. If that's the case, why allow online bookings through agoda? It caused us a lot of inconvenience. They called and offered a double room price higher than the online price, then told people who'd come from far away to cancel and ask agoda for a refund. Hope things stay inconvenient for you in the days ahead!
