I had to wait a while to get my room, and the reception area wasn’t air conditioned, so the start of the stay wasn’t pleasant. The room also felt worn. The air conditioner didn’t work, the toilet drains were clogged, and there was hair and dust around. The toilet floor was peeling and the shelves were rusty. I spoke to reception and they quickly offered another room, which was in somewhat better condition. Even there, I couldn’t shower for more than five minutes without water flooding the whole bathroom floor. The property would be much better with basic maintenance and upkeep. I’d suggest paying a little extra for another hotel or inn.

My only complaints are that the lift smells a bit and the TV should be upgraded to a smart TV. The room itself was very spacious and had everything needed. I was on level 2 and had a river view.

The door was so tight it was hard to open and close properly, and the cleanliness fell short too. The pillowcases looked yellowish, and there were lizard droppings on the bedsheet, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and improves its cleaning standards.

Right in the heart of kuantan, close to the riverfront and next to 99speedmart & 7e. They have hot drinks in the lobby, but there’s no receptionist and check-in and check-out are all self service. The room was reasonable for the price. My concern was the many small cockroaches on the wall during my stay 🙃🙃. I kept hoping they wouldn’t fly toward me 🙃🙏🏻.

Guys, late checkout costs Rm20. I arrived very late, around 3am, checked in and fell asleep, then checked out about 1245 pm. The indian guy charged me Rm20. Not recommended. Many hotels in kuantan don’t charge like that, so please stay somewhere else.
