My first choice, Family Inn, was fully booked, so I stayed here instead. The place smelled bad, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. The walkway outside the room was also dark and dirty.

The place looks old and poorly maintained. The lobby and counter floor were dirty, the main entrance was dark, and only one of the room’s four lights worked. The door also wouldn’t lock properly.

Sorry, but I’m not happy with the checkout charge. I checked out just six minutes past 12 and was charged RM38, with no warning call like I’ve had at other hotels. Maybe the staff need some practice in being more reasonable. Thanks.

The area is doing good business, with all kinds of Chinese and Korean food.
