Nahdhoh Langkawi Resort by OYO Rooms

The reception team is very friendly and cordial. A good place to stay overall, with lush greenery behind the resort as its main standout.

I chose a hotel away from Pantai Cenang's main road specifically for the pool. It was unusable, dirty and brown with algae. That doesn't happen overnight, and the hotel should have contacted guests to explain, but no one mentioned it at check-in. When I pointed it out, they calmly said they'd added chlorine and it might take two days, three days or longer. By day three it was still as dirty as the first. The room Wi-Fi didn't work, and I used up all my mobile data because of it, then couldn't even order dinner. At 9 pm we ran out of toilet paper because no one had checked the room, so we had to ask reception. Food I put in the fridge overnight had to be thrown out in the morning because it wasn't working either. The boiler was small and only switched on with the key card in the room, so the second person always got a cold shower. I contacted AGODA, but the hotel didn't reply to them about the situation, and they refused even a partial refund. Very poor service and no respect. Don't be fooled by the price, they are hustlers and fraudsters.

For what we paid, it was a good stay, even if it wasn't perfect. The room was spacious, with a nice view, and the pool was clean and pleasant. The location was okay, though there were lots of insects, which is expected in that setting. Otherwise, it was a good experience and a solid value.

Great staff and the place was quite clean. An excellent hotel, my favourite little gem in Langkawi. Highly recommend it.
