It's beautiful, but the lone house isn't for you if you're sensitive to that kind of thing. I couldn't sleep at all the night before, so I checked out on the second day. I felt bad about leaving, though it definitely wasn't the place's fault.

Wake up to green paddy fields here, though call ahead to check whether it's paddy season. This is a gem if you want to get back to basics. The room has air conditioning and stays properly sealed, but leave the doors open in the afternoon and bugs can get in and bother you at night. Crickets sing through the night, not too loudly, just pleasantly. I genuinely enjoyed it. This place really isn't for everyone!

The view is beautiful, the room was comfortable and air-conditioned, and we even had a resident bull! The people running the place are lovely. I'm so glad we found this spot, and the location couldn't be better. I'd recommend staying here.

It's a small place, so housekeeping is arranged as needed. Be sure to ask for it. The room is big, but takes ages to cool down, especially in the daytime, and there are no blackout curtains. The beach and food aren't far away, though it gets really hot walking around, so bring an umbrella. There weren't any mosquito issues. The town felt pretty dead, so don't expect too much.

I only really got a look at the accommodation while taking photos of the buffalo in the paddy fields around it. It looks idyllic and is close to the other amenities.
