Hotel O Hotel Orchard Inn

The room was clean, the price was great, and the owners were professional and always ready to help. My only issue is that I left a filtered water bottle in the room or fridge while on a bicycle tour, and I can’t find an email address to ask them to keep it safe until I come back this way in six weeks with my family from Vietnam.

The hotel is right on a main road, and the noise just keeps going. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend it. At checkout, the staff didn’t have enough cash ready for the deposit refund, so it took time and I nearly missed my bus. The hotel is cheap, but the service and management were disappointing. It’s been two weeks, and I still haven’t had an email or confirmation from the hotel about my deposit refund.

Yuck, this was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. They dried the towel right in front of the Indah Water poop tank. The water pressure was barely more than a trickle. There was no towel or soap in the room, the bedsheet hadn’t been changed or washed, the TV didn’t work, and the air conditioner was warm and covered in thick dust. The toilet was dirty too. I only stayed because it had been booked for me and I had no choice.

The room was a reasonable size, but it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the bedding, old towels, and spiderwebs on the ceiling that looked like they’d been there a while. The windows didn’t shut properly, which may explain the insects in the room. Guests in the adjoining room, connected by a door, made noise until 3 am. There was no toilet paper, the toilet was dirty, and the shower had weak pressure. The light behind the bed didn’t work either. It wasn’t a great stay.
