The staff pushed me to take the room and said there would be no refund. This all happened at 2 am, leaving me no choice but to stay there. The room was in such bad condition that I can't imagine it being offered for booking. It was worse than my grand grandpa's house, and the air conditioning didn't work. The owner was irresponsible, and the hotel was poorly maintained. I arrived around 3 pm, the official check-in time, but the staff didn't know about our booking. We were left waiting while the owner and staff tried to communicate. This was the worst owner and experience I've ever had. Don't ever book this hotel. If there were a zero-star option, I'd give it that.

The room was in very bad condition, and the air conditioning didn't work. It wasn't worth the money, and I didn't feel safe staying there. Please avoid this place.
