The hotel is within walking distance of the Harbour and has a lift, which is handy for guests with knee problems. The small twin room was clean, as were the beds and toilet. It had air conditioning, a TV, and a water heater. The door opens with a card and has a proper lock on the inside. There's also a water dispenser downstairs near reception.

There weren't many nearby places with rooms available, so this was one of the few options near the jetty. Check-in was awkward because the card lock on my booked room wasn't working. It took staff a while to realize I could use the regular key in the meantime. It's a one-star place with the basics, though I expected more for the price. The filtered water dispenser didn't work properly and the TV had only two channels. The sheets and towels were clean and did the job for one night, but I'd stay elsewhere if I needed more than that.

The view was okay, and it worked for a one-night stay, but the room wasn’t cleaned and the WiFi didn’t work, so we couldn’t spend any time there beyond sleeping. Staff weren’t friendly either. We waited 15-20 minutes at both check-in and check-out because nobody was there, even though they knew we’d be leaving then to catch the ferry. A few days later, we realized we’d most likely picked up bedbugs here. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

For what you pay, you can’t expect much in the way of facilities, but the place should at least be clean. The air conditioner was really dusty, there were spiderwebs on the walls, and the shower water came out very slowly.
