The place was really clean and tidy, and the price felt very fair. Check-in and checkout were easy too. I enjoyed the stay. There’s a mall, food court, and places to hang out nearby, including dataran nilai.

Everything was within walking distance, from Masjid and Aeon mall to giant and lotus. There’s also a night market and plenty of food courts around. The hotel had been renovated recently, and my room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were simple, and it felt like good value for money.

There wasn’t a front desk to deal with, since check-in and checkout were handled over WhatsApp. That made things feel relaxed. I arrived in Nilai late in the afternoon, and Hotel Aman had already messaged me to confirm my arrival and send simple instructions with the room number and password for unlocking the room.

I booked three days and two nights because nearby hotels were full for MotoGP, but the room had serious basic problems. The door key was provided, yet the door wouldn’t lock from outside, and the inside knob was broken too. I reported it to the WhatsApp “careline” and only got a blue tick, with no reply. There was no housekeeping on the second day. The bathroom pipes leaked, the sink was clogged, and the broken ceiling hadn’t been fixed. The walls were dirty, the ceiling had mold everywhere, and the air conditioning remote didn’t work, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. I know it’s a budget hotel, but security, room condition, and service were all very bad. Even a public school hostel or dormitory is better.
