Room 501 was on the fifth floor, and the view was nice. The room was big and clean, with cold air conditioning and decent shower pressure. I spotted a little hair on the bed and a few small holes in the sheet, but neither affected my stay. No camera, mites, ants, or mold that I noticed, despite an earlier comment mentioning them. Some wallpaper was torn, though it didn't cause any problem. We checked in at 3 pm. Staff were friendly. The usual rate is 117 a night, but by booking early through another platform like Google Maps or Agoda, you may find a cheaper price. We paid RM 99, plus a RM 50 deposit and RM 2 government tax. Good value for a convenient, cheap stay, though you have to travel a bit to reach the hotel. It was a rainy afternoon. I used a Xiaomi 15 Ultra and Samsung S22 Ultra.

The room was so clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, making it both comfortable and convenient. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

For a budget hotel, getting toothbrushes was a nice touch. It's fine for a quick rest and sleep before checking out early, though the hotel itself is just so-so. There's a 99 Speedmart next door, which makes it easy to pick up snacks and drinks.

The room wasn't worth the price. I booked a Queen, but was given a Single instead. The towel and the room's cleanliness were really poor.

The bed was bad and the water pressure was low. I stayed the night because it was already 11 pm and I couldn't find another hotel, but this will be my last visit. I booked one night through Agoda for a deluxe king and requested one large bed instead of two singles. At the counter, Alice, the receptionist, spoke to me so rudely, as though I were staying for free. She said I'd be in a twin room. When I pointed out what I'd booked, she told me, “If you not prefer to stay in the room you may leave”! Wow. Hospitality gets 1/5 from me, and overall I'd give the hotel 0/5. This is also the only hotel that's charged me an extra 2 bucks as government tax. Is there some additional tax for the state or federal government that we're supposed to pay?
