Updated 8th March 2026 Posted 23rd February 2026 Parking is plentiful in the basement, though the daily fee is charged per day rather than per stay, and you need reception to validate it before you leave. Entry and exit are cashless. The hotel is in a suburban residential area, some distance from the town centre, but shops nearby are within walking distance. My basic room was clean and comfortable, with no musty smell. It’s maintained reasonably well for the price, though you can see some age. The bathroom was clean and had a toothbrush, but there was mold around the outside of the basin. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly, and I could adjust the temperature. There were no bottled drinking waters, just a dispenser in the corridor, which seems fine for budget accommodation. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the stay and service at Ibis PJCC Petaling Jaya were good for the price. Generally satisfactory, though the aging shows. I’d like to see the mold around the bathroom basin cleaned off, and guest parking charged by the stay.

I slept really well in a clean, comfortable room. The renovation gives it a fresh, modern look, and the room felt functional too. I had a fantastic stay at ibis Petaling Jaya and would gladly return. The restaurant has a good range of international food. Mr. Shahzaib looked after guests with warmth and professionalism, and Mr. Shohel helped make the new swimming pool area feel pleasant and well cared for. Getting around was convenient, including relatively easy access to the airport, so it works for business or leisure. At reception, Ms. Liana and Mr. Arimi were kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist. I highly recommend the hotel and its team.

It’s a convenient location, around 10 minutes from Sunway Pyramid and close to plenty of food options. The room was cozy and had the essentials, and check-in went smoothly with friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel is new, with a stylish modern design, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well kept. Good value and a pleasant stay.

I was here for almost a month, and it started to feel like home. The service was great. Security guard Akhash was honest and helpful, receptionist Danny was always cheerful, and cleaner Shakil was dedicated to his work. They were all kind and helpful. My only suggestion is to improve breakfast, since it was mostly the same food each day.
