City Comfort Inn Puchong

The place was dirty and looked like it was under renovation, with nobody at the counter. It wasn’t the hotel we booked at all, and the real place looked completely different from the photos. We felt scammed. Don’t book it.

The room looked nothing like the photos online and wasn’t worth what I paid. I’d booked non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The air conditioner was dusty, there were holes in the floor, and the faulty room lock made me feel unsafe. They didn’t provide complimentary water either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I went into the room and came straight back out. The hotel itself wasn’t there, with renovation work underway and a sign directing guests up the stairs to another shop lot, past one in between. The room was terrible, with broken glass and a broken door knob, and didn’t feel safe to stay in. Please cancel and refund me.

I was only here for one night. The staff were helpful and polite, and they changed my room when I found it too noisy. I had a budget room, very basic with little in it, but the soft bed was comfortable enough for a night. It can be noisy and doesn’t seem kid friendly. Although it’s outside the city, there are food places and things to do nearby, so it suits solo travelers or a short stay. The WiFi didn’t work, so I had to use a nearby shop’s WiFi and leave because I needed internet for work.
