The parking levels, corridors and lifts were covered with rubbish, debris and cigarette butts. There were bugs in the rubbish, and smokers kept smoking even in the no-smoking zone. I can’t really blame management, since it all comes back after they clean. Yeah, a pondan paradise!

There are shops all around the condo, with a morning market nearby and lots of shoplots across the road. Downstairs you’ve got 99 speedmart, kk mart, 7-11, a mamak and zus coffee, so staying here is really convenient.

The shops and amenities nearby are useful and nice. The maintenance charge, though, is RM4 per unit, which feels outrageously expensive.

The guards are hired, but I’ve seen them sleeping or just watching their phones. Calls and emails go unanswered too. Management has been a huge disappointment. They raised the maintenance fees without trying to understand the situation, then brought up things like government diesel subsidies and higher TNB amounts. Update, 16.01.2026: After the management change, I still haven’t seen any difference in the maintenance fees. During the new management election, though, they all talked about reducing them.

My parcel is still missing, and I’ve had no reply after waiting a week. The management’s attitude has been awful.
