Alunan Resort

We didn’t stay at Alunan, but my girlfriend and I kept coming back to the restaurant and bar. Brandon and the team were always so friendly, welcoming us whenever we stopped in for a drink or something to eat. The food and service were outstanding. We’ll miss the Alunan team!

Some of the staff still remembered us from last year, which was such a nice surprise. There are a few Kelantanese (Kelate) staff too, and that gave the place a real hometown feeling for us. We first came to Alunan Resort with friends and returned this year with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the WiFi stayed stable, and both the service and food were excellent. It’s still our best resort experience so far. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back.

The birthday surprise was such a memorable part of our 3D2N stay. Thank you for the birthday wishes, songs from the staff, and tiramisu cake. We really appreciated the thought and effort. Everyone helped make the stay special, from the reception and housekeeping teams to food and beverage staff and the people leading tote bag painting and coral adoption activities. The team at the Alunan office in Kuala Besut were also polite, caring, and helpful. Across the board, people went beyond what we expected and made us feel at home. A lovely experience, and sincere thanks to everyone at Alunan Resort for the warm hospitality.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the resort feels cozy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting around the place may be difficult for someone with special needs.
