The resort has its own tour agency, with 2D1N and 3D2N packages that include pick-up from kota kinabalu international airport. There’s also a conference hall. The room charge includes dinner and breakfast, with plenty of food for 2 persons. The resort is well organized and well built, with good infrastructure and facilities. There’s space to walk through many types of flowers in the chilly weather. Parking bays are sufficient, and they have EV chargers stations here. The resort is now refurbishing the chalets, so it’ll be good to see the new facelift in near future. Syabas 👍🏻

Kinabalu pine is a decent place to stay in Kundasang, especially up in the mountains. The location and views are superb, but don’t expect five-star hotel accommodation. It’s one of the great places to stay in Kundasang.

The first thing to plan for is the RM200 cash deposit per room at check-in. We only stayed one night at Kinabalu Pine Resort, but it was a lovely visit. Everything felt clean and well kept, and the facilities were in good shape. The morning view of Mount Kinabalu from right in front of us was unforgettable. With the cool air and quiet surroundings, it was a peaceful spot to enjoy nature. I’d happily recommend it to people visiting Kundasang.

The breakfast was delicious, honestly the best part of the stay. The room felt stuffy and cramped, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the shower didn’t work for me. I had to call someone over to fix it.

The view of Mount Kinabalu is good, but expect plenty of slopes and stairs, which aren’t friendly for older guests. Otherwise, it’s an average hotel.
