The staff were kind and friendly, but the place was unpleasant and very dirty. There were stains on the carpet and greasy fingerprints on the mirrors and windows, the sink wouldn't drain, and the room smelled. Breakfast was messy, with dirty dishes and old food, and it was very expensive.

We were there for a 4D3N meeting. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the price was affordable, and the food package was delicious. Thanks, Mr. Jimmy, for all the consideration. I'll come back for the next trip and programme.

The staff were nice, and the toilet was clean and very spacious. The room AC didn't work, though it wasn't hot. There's a free shuttle to and from the main piers. Breakfast could be better.
