The receptionists were welcoming, and the surroundings were peaceful. It’s a different kind of place from a regular hotel, with spacious rooms that smelled fresh. Guests should keep noise down so they don’t disturb others, and the main door closes at 9 p.m. There’s a simple morning breakfast of bread and jam, plus a washing machine, dryer, and kitchenette for cooking. Definitely worth staying.

It’s a no-frills hotel with clean, large rooms, but there’s only a towel provided. The property is 1 km from town, which isn’t far, though I wouldn’t want to walk that road with family. There are no nearby places to eat. It’s okay for budget travellers, but with family I’d choose somewhere closer to the public jetty.

I was very satisfied with the clean, comfortable room and the location near the city centre. Wi-Fi and easy parking were available, security was good, and an extra mattress cost RM20. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping did a great job, and the room was really fresh and clean. The staff were amazing, kind, and generous. Every day there was a generous breakfast, dinner, and juices and smoothies. My stay felt so much easier and smoother, and I’d definitely come back!

We cooked and did laundry at this spacious, clean guesthouse, which was great. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay.
