After a company shoot that day, I was exhausted and decided to stay at a nearby hotel. The Agoda app mentioned nothing about the Got Club. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep all night, even after I complained. They kept saying it would close around midnight, but it didn't stop until 3am. Such disappointing service.

The rooms aren't too bad, but housekeeping won't come unless you ask for it. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, with very few choices. It was mostly fried food, like kuayteow, rice, noodles or bihun, plus a few side snacks.

This isn't a convenient place for a leisure stay, and I wouldn't advise it. The rate isn't reasonable compared with other hotels in the same category, especially given the fewer facilities. Regular customers don't get any special consideration or advantages, and management aren't very friendly. The hotel is near a cemetery, and the views and surroundings look scary, like something from a horror movie.

Standard Room (8232) The bed and pillow were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was fast, though unstable. Parking was available. Service was poor: I booked a superior room for RM162 but ended up with a standard room priced at RM172. There was no laundry bag, breakfast was too basic, and there was no room service at night.

We had to bring our own food to eat breakfast because the pots were empty the whole time, and the staff weren't helpful. A really bad stay at this hotel.
