The location is handy, right in the middle of town, and the staff are nice and helpful. The phone number they provide gets a quick response, too. The self check-in machine is useful, though it could use some repairs. Inside, the room feels like an old kampung room and needs upgrades. The door lock should be fixed, and the wooden toilet door needs replacing. There’s no iron in the room. The TV volume kept jumping up and down even at level 1 or 2. A few channels would be fine, but the picture kept lagging while I was trying to watch the news, which was stressful. The price is the same as a newer hotel nearby with better facilities.

There’s a bit of room to spread out, and the place looks beautiful. A restaurant is right next door. Seems like a nice option if you’re looking for somewhere to stay.

The room was small, but thankfully clean, and check-in is done by machine. There’s an RM50 deposit and RM3 SST for the deposit. The air conditioner was quite slow, and both the shelf in the room and the one in the bathroom were tilted and nearly coming off. The most stressful part was suddenly having no water in the toilet.

The room was clean and fine for a night. Check-in goes through an automated machine, and it requires RM50 in cash as a deposit. You can pay for the room with a card or e-wallet, but the deposit has to be cash. The machine returns that RM50 when you check out.

The place was clean, which matters most to me. We paid RM 160 for a family room, so I suppose the rest was about what to expect. The stairs are poorly lit. We had to call the receptionist several times for towels, then ended up going downstairs to get them ourselves because she was busy gossiping. 🤣
