One South Garden Apartment

I've lived here since VP, in my own unit. It's more suitable for families now, with fewer students around. The balcony has a fantastic view, and the main roads are easy to reach. KLCC is under 30 minutes away without traffic. Serdang Raya North MRT2 station is expected to connect directly in future.

A nice place, especially for international university students. The shopping mall covers most food needs.

I lived in block C for a few years and had a great experience. The place and the room were both spacious, and the balcony looked out over a lovely view. Down at the park, the atmosphere was nice, with kids playing and laughter around. The pools are very clean, and the gyms work well. If you don't cook, there's a street mall right by the accommodation exit with several restaurants and convenience shops. Most people are friendly. The neighborhood and many shops are Arab, apart from 'KK'. I think most shops have one or two workers who speak English. If not, using a phone translator can help, and in my experience their Arabic isn't too bad as long as they understand what you're saying. Security could be better. They take running and noise very seriously. I'm not sure they'd reason with kids playing in the garden: one half of the accommodation sends them to the park, and the park sends them back. It's pretty bad. Some security staff are really nice, though, and my kids learned each person's face to know who was friendly 🤣

This is a very bad place. The management is awful, and the security team is even worse. They help impose penalties on tenants for nonsense issues. Staying in this condominium feels like being in prison. Very, very bad.
