OYO 90703 Hotel Rim Global

The room was spotless, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location is convenient too. Check-in was easy, thanks to staff who were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The lobby's lovely decor gave it a warm, inviting feel. Can't wait to come back.

I arrived in the morning on 10 Apr 2024 and nobody was there. I waited four hours, with no one answering my calls. When a woman finally came, the counter staff member was unprofessional and rude. I told her I had a headache and felt exhausted, but she made me wait outside the hotel gate and wouldn't let me in. After those four hours, she told me to come in, then suddenly demanded extra cash for check-in and a $15 security deposit, even though my booking was paid. She didn't seem to understand that I was feeling sick. Please don't book here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was cramped with hardly any space. The bathroom was dirty, leaking badly, had very weak water pressure, and the water heater didn't work. The bathing towel was dirty and had a big hole, more like a floor mat.

After a long drive, dealing with rude receptionists was really disappointing. The housekeeper, though, had kind manners and promptly helped when we asked for a clean bedsheet. At check-in the sheet and comforter were dirty, and personal items from the previous tenant had been left behind, so the room didn't seem properly cleaned. It was dirty and damaged, with no TV. The toilet smelled and wasn't clean, and the hot shower couldn't be used because the water pressure was low. They only supplied soap in a used mineral bottle. Even though the hotel is cheap, it still wasn't worth the price, since other cheap hotels are much better. The receptionists, including the big-sized female with balayage hair, were super rude and should learn to treat customers with manners.

The bed was awful, I could feel the springs, and the pillow was really thin. The room was also too small and cramped, even though I had booked Supreme hotel. In the bathroom, it was dirty and leaking badly, the water pressure was too low, and the water heater didn't work. The towel was dirty and had a big hole, like a floor mat. Even for a budget hotel, basic cleanliness and needs should be maintained. Not recommended at all, such a bad experience.
