We booked an apartment, but waited outside reception alone for more than an hour and a half, and nobody came to hand over the key. I called over 10 times, with no answer. There was no receptionist there at all. Getting to the place at night felt scary. It’s far inside the forest and very dark. The service was extremely poor and disorganized. In the end, we had to cancel and leave again at midnight. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t suggest it for women, families or anyone with children. It seemed like a SCAM.

The place felt really scary, and the pool was closed.
