The beds are thick, which is good. Kisabill Hotel is on level 3, above Princess Unisex Hair & Beauty Centre, opposite Avillion Apartment and in the same row as Maybank. There’s no air conditioning or fan, but that was fine for us since Cameron gets cold around midnight.
It’s cheap, but there’s not much good to say. The room and toilet were dirty, and there was a stain on the bed and pillow sheets. You can feel the bed springs when lying down. The balcony window wouldn’t lock, and the CRT TV hanging from the ceiling looked like it might fall. Avoid this hotel if you can.
I booked online at Kisable, but when we arrived that day it was fully booked. They moved us to a nearby inn instead. Totally unreliable.
The toilet and room were very dirty, with no water heater, low water pressure, and a tap that didn’t work. The maintenance person never showed up, one plug didn’t work, and there was no lighting on the staircase. Reception was usually unattended, and nobody answered the calls. I strongly don’t recommend staying here.
Bedbugs and dirty sheets, plus a violent owner. Stay clear!
