Everything was really clean and well arranged, and the staff went out of their way to help us with what we needed, even sorting out laundry after our jungle stay. The location is perfect for getting around Tawau. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

We’ll definitely stay here again. The rooms were much better than we expected, super clean and spacious, with great air conditioning, and the staff were fantastic. Daisy went above and beyond to help us find a doctor for a health concern. Shops, restaurants, an ATM, a grocery store, kliniks, and laundry places are all close by. Malaysian hospitality at its best, and I can’t recommend it more.

A calm, comfortable room made it easy to rest, and it was clean and modern too. Staff were friendly and helpful. ROOMS is conveniently located, though the area felt peaceful, and shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and banks are all walkable. Good value, and one of the better places to stay in Tawau. I’d happily come back.

After a long day, having a 7-11 just around the corner was a real plus. There are also restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was clean and modern, with plenty of power plugs, and the staff were really friendly. Very nice hotel.
