The location and nature exploring services were great, and the staff were friendly and tried to help. The pool nudged my rating up to 3.5, though I give the place 3 stars out of 5. Food was 7 out of 10, croissants 9/10 :). Wifi is only at reception and works now and then. Staff hadn't cleaned the wine glasses properly, even though we'd pointed it out the previous evening.

The bar and pool overlook the Chobe River, a lovely spot to linger over sunset. Camping facilities are excellent, with clean sites and your own bathroom and kitchen area close to the lodge. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this beautiful lodge to anyone.

The staff were so friendly, and the view was incredible. Dinner and breakfast were amazing too. The price is high, but this was a birthday gift for my wife, and we were both more than happy. Best experience in Namibia.

The dinner was good, and they gave us generous portions. Our river chalet was spacious, which we liked during our honeymoon, though the lodge itself felt a bit too spread out for us. The pool seemed small for the number of people there. We also had a minor issue with a drink. The piña colada wasn't a good choice.

That sunset fire on the island was something special. We also loved the food, with every meal delicious and nicely presented. The game drive was unforgettable, and tiger fishing gave us both excitement and a peaceful time. Throughout the stay, the care and attention to detail across the property stood out. A great mix of adventure, comfort, and hospitality, and one of our most memorable stays.
