All States Apartments

I paid for a 10-day stay and expected much better. It was the worst 10 days I’ve had in a serviced apartment. Service was very bad and disorganized, with one staff member overloaded with work. The power was switched off during my stay, and I was told the grid had failed, which wasn’t true. Nearly all the appliances were out of order. The microwave wasn’t working properly, and when I raised it, I was told I didn’t know how to use one. That was just sad. They need to train the staff and renovate the property. Most of the time, staff were rude, and when you complain, they argue instead of looking into it and can make you feel as if you’re lying. They should have replied to my review before calling me to shout at me for posting it. Proper staff training would help. Please do better. To anyone looking for a good apartment, the place may look good online, but the service isn’t good. Take my review seriously. They’ll show you serious pepper. Very, very, very bad service.

Such a quiet, calm spot, and the apartment has that luxurious feel throughout. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Abuja.

You can count on good service here. The surroundings are peaceful, and it’s hard to find internationally standard service around, but this place delivers.

The interior design is what stood out to me, with a thoughtful floor plan, lovely finishes and fixtures, and exclusive furniture. The whole space feels well organized.
