The staff were courteous, which is the only reason I’d give one star. The intercom didn’t work because the receivers deliberately left the phone line on, keeping the extensions permanently busy. There was no hot water, TV station, or air conditioning. A staff member told me they’d start the generating plant and have the air conditioning on by 12 pm, but that was a lie. A very terrible experience.

I stayed there Thursday night and accidentally sent the payment twice. The owner confirmed right away that he’d seen it and asked me to leave my account details, but they’ve been passing me around ever since. I still haven’t got my money back. Poor service. If it isn’t refunded today, you won’t enjoy what I’ll do. Ask for me at Access Bank and UBA.

They charged ₦15,000 a night for the signature suite, yet our family of four had to wash with bottled water we’d brought for ourselves. They said they’d pumped water to the wrong floor, so ours had none. Staff were rude and unprofessional, then acted as if bringing us a bucket of water was a huge favor. Terrible place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. Google should let people give businesses like this zero stars.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable for the price, and the place feels cosy and peaceful. Alma signatures seems to put comfort and hospitality ahead of making more money. It’s affordable too. Stay there next time you visit, and I’m sure you’ll thank me for it.
